Commercial submissions are some of the best-structured records in business.

Commercial agencies and MGAs move a risk from submission to quote to bind to renewal, across carriers, ACORD forms and a lot of email. Buyers building underwriting and placement AI value that chain highly.

Why buyers want agency records

Underwriting and claims automation is one of the most heavily targeted areas for industry-specific AI (Preuve). Those systems need to learn how a producer packages a submission, how underwriters push back, and how terms get negotiated before binding.

Commercial lines are the right place to start: most insureds are businesses, and the records follow standard forms.

One workflow, start to finish

Buyers pay most for complete chains like this one, where every step links to the next through a shared ID.

  1. AMSSubmission prepared

A producer packages a general liability and property submission for a regional distributor.

  2. EmailMarketed

Sent to four carriers with loss runs and a narrative.

  3. EmailResponses

One declines; two quote with subjectivities.

  4. EmailNegotiation

The producer trades a higher deductible for a lower premium.

  5. AMSBound

    Binder issued and subjectivities cleared.

  6. AMSEndorsement

A new location is added mid-term.

  7. EmailRenewal

The account is remarketed after a rate increase.

What we handle differently in insurance

  • Commercial lines only. Personal lines stay out, along with workers' comp claim files and anything containing health information.
  • Owners and principals. Names, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers and dates of birth on applications are removed.
  • Loss runs. Claimant names and injury details are removed; amounts and shifted dates are kept.
  • Carrier agreements. Some limit sharing quote or rating information. We check yours and leave out anything restricted.
  • Financial privacy rules. Agency records carry state insurance data-security and financial privacy duties. We agree the approach with you before any export.

What stays out

  • Personal lines
  • Workers' comp claim files
  • Medical and health information
  • Motor vehicle records and driver files
  • Premium finance applications with personal credit data
